How can there be a reconciliation of all the religions?

How can there be so many religions? Each religion's followers says they have the 'only truth' or the 'only way' or they are the 'last' and everyone else on the face of the earth should convert to 'their' religion ONLY!

Is the whole world going to become Hindu,,,Christian,,,,Bahai,,,,Moslem,,,,Jew,,,??

It seems man can understand reconciliation in so many other topics. But when it comes to religion, they come to a screeching halt. Some will even only accept 'ancient texts' as the only way and think God cannot further a plan which will solve humanity's problem. Others say the plan is always progressive and never finishes. (Poor God,,,such a slacker)

It is hard to imagine such a 'stuck' or 'one time wonder' God who only reveals something once or a God who never gets around to completing the task.

These kinds of questions makes a person to really start to be a Truth Seeker. Those who only try to convert you to one part already think they have the whole truth and are not even looking further. Eventhough having just one religion is already shown to not be the way!

Can a person even question themselves, the idea of many religions and want to know the truth rather than just needing to be right? Such a conundrum.,,,,or maybe not.

Can there be an answer which reconciles all the religions, cultures, races and actually bring a Peace on earth??? Many say,,,peace, peace,,,and have no clue how to accomplish it.

One thing a person should/could ask him/herself first probably is that does God really exist, isn't it? Should the the word "God" refer to a different understanding for every individual or does God just Is? How does it relate to the state of being that many mystical paths such as hinduism, budhism, sufism refers to as enlightenment, nirvana or being one with the essence?

Without realizing or better yet experiencing the truth, the reality of these questions, probably there would be a great chance of falling into a limited or false understanding of God. So not understanding the Plan of God would be kind of inevidable without realizing God Himself, wouldn't it!

If a person intellectually studies the universe, nature, science and see the perfect laws at work and how beautifully everything is working, the person has no other option but to say there should be a logic behind this. So a person could intelectually realize God. Also in the new holy book THOTH (The Holiest Of the Holies, Last Testament) at http://www.maitreya.org/english/THOTH.HTM it is clearly explained that
God has promised things and prophecied things that He will do and He has fulfilled and done them. So again a person studying this book could intelectually see the hand of God at work.

Also the mystical paths gives us the most powerful and straight way for experiencing God, Pure consciousness, as meditation don't they? So by meditating a person could also experience and realize the state of being that the word "God" refers to and therefore know God actually.

Probably by realizing our Selves, God, the Essence in us and everything, we could understand the Plan of God and eventually drop the dogmatic false understandings of messages of the religions and be united under the banner of God.

Then wouldn't it make sense that there is One World,One Humanity, One Saviour and One God so that we can expand ourselves to see the whole picture!
